its christmas homie, just go to your local walmart with the game, say you opened it yesterday no receipt and its all scratched up and you just want to do a straight exchange, theyll do it no problem

I agree with the Wal-Mart statement, just take it back today/tomorrow and say it was a gift and that it was like that, and trade straight up, they'll send it back and get full price for it anyway.
