This is the first time in a loooooong time that Ibill has lagged on posting statement / depositing collected revenues on time. I wonder whats up over there.

All the clients that cancelled after the announced Visa rules but before November 1st didn't get a check on the first of this month. That was correct, the last payment for rebills and charges was covered on the 15th of Nov.

But, now get this, when they went to cut the checks this time around, which included the reserves held back from May, they found that their computer program had debited those webmasters $750, even though they had cancelled and were not covered by the fee!

So, there may be a wee bit of a delay while they correct that bug...

I AM PISSED OFF!!!

My sales rep told me thursday that I WOULD BE GETTING PAID ON TIME!

Not that it's a huge deal or anything.... It's just the point.... It's business, they need to pay their shit on time.

I did a US presence, paid the $ 750.00, but am only processing rebills with them. Still I do not see any chewck posted on their cmi for Dec.15 th paydate ( they normally show up a few days before).

I could call "my" rep. but she is such an asshole....probably why she works there

Maybe I will post her first and last email to me ( in the past 2 years!!!). If I am not paid, I will contact Visa to start the charhgebavck process ( after all, it was a "card not present" transaction).

Not talking about receiving it, but about seeing it in the CMI. It shows up normally a few days before WITHOUT the check number, then 0n paydate or following day with check #.

I don't give a shit about receiving it tomorrow, I don't need it. It is just a question of principle. Out of all the CC processors, they were the worst in handling the "Visa" situation.

We are not talking about the checks .. he was saying that CMI has not shown the check amount.. ITS NOT THAT THE CHECKS WILL NOT BE MAILED TOMOROW THEY WILL ,JUST LIKE EVERY MONTH.

CMI is behind on showing check amounts its not a big deal.. Its just nice to know check amounts thats all.

I just called Ibill and they said they have database problems. They try to post it at the end of this day. However checks and wires should have been send out today.

Well, even as I go out the door, Ibill manages to bite my ass again.

A bit further up I commented on their having to fix charging some webmasters $750 that hadn't opted for the Visa deal. Like I cancelled with them before the 1st of November and all. OK?

So- what do I find last night, they're charging me $1,500!!! So, instead of adding $750, their programmer-wanna-be's double debited those accounts.

Thought it was just myself, but I see in a thread at AWI that I'm not alone in this. Their phone is already ringing...
