They're reporting it here in poland in more detail then other news sites, but 5 guys arrested outside krakow aged 20-39. No neonazi or any political reasons, it was stolen to be sold to an art collector (who put in an order for it). It was cut into 3 pieces (one word per piece) because they had trouble hiding it.
