				 | Visa sets the exchange rate we have nothing to do with it, they set the exchange rate for all their cards. We only charge a flat fee of $2.

				 | yeah, fees shouldn't be even 1% of atm withdrawal... unless there is Bank Fee (0-5%), that can fuck up the rate pretty bad.
