Yes, doctors should have a right salary, they spent much time and effort to become a doctors... although in Poland majority of them earn well, they take bribes from poor people as well, some even demand it! So they earn $2000-$7000 a month and they take much more in bribes too. I think that $2500 for them would be ok and no bribes! :disgust

And a "common slave" should earn at least $1000 a month... so it would be alright.

None of those employees are making $10 an hour, so I don't know who pulled that out of their ass. I used to pay my porn store cashiers above minimum wage because they had to work in a bad neighborhood and it was tough to get quality workers in that area, and on several occasions I recruited Wal-Mart employees to come work for me. They make minimum wage, and the vast majority of them are lucky to get 20 hours a week since Wal-Mart doesn't want to have to give full-time employees benefits. Maybe the managers make more, but most of the cashiers and such make minimum wage plus whatever raise they have received for however long they have been employed...

Minimum wage is $7.25 an hour. At 4 AM those employees are working midnights and I know you get $1 extra for that. So that's $8.25 an hour. If they've ben there for a year they would have gotten two 40 cent an hour raises binging that up to $9.05 and hour. And thta's asusming wal-amrt starts you out at minimum wage. Which they do in my area but my area is also a poorer area. 50 miles away the wal-marts were paying $7.50 an hour 10 years ago.

I actually just went to walmart for some xmas junk the other day. While I was paying the cashier, she was talking to the person in line behind me and knew her. The cashier had previously worked with this person for the local school district and was telling her how much she loved working for walmart more than she did with the school district. LOL "I love it here" is her exact words.

Some people don't need to make tons of money to be happy. Just enough to pay their bills and live.

Learn to accept other's social standards and realize it makes it easier for you to climb the ladder. Less competition and thankfully people want to staff walmart when you want to shop there. :)

when i was 18-19 years old i made shit wages working in a grocery store. you know what i did instead of crying like a little bitch about it? i learned how to run a business so i could be the one paying someone $10 to do the shit i dont want to do. thats life, deal with it.

Here in the Netherlands, specialists earn $10k-$25k a month, and we have a shortage in a number of specialties. Sure, they'd have to learn Dutch and requalify, but with a difference in wages like that quite a few would be willing to.

see the companies who produce stuff should give it away for free and everyone should share the freedom and nobody should have to work for money because if we all gave it away for free and everyone shared the same communal pot oh man i am so high who ate all the funyuns

I feel sorry for noone where ever they work. they are there for a reason through some sort of life choice that has caused them to work there.

Even if you work $10/hour - you can still save up money and become rich.

It's about how your personal economy works. Spendings, savings, investments, donations received, etc.

Hell even we paid our guys more.. earlier this year when we had these clowns working for us we started them at $7/hr and the better they did, the more they got.. Ended up letting them have $12/hr straight after they had proven themselves. If these companies would be more generous with their employees, they'd get alot more out of them. Greed pisses me off. It's counter productive.

Say the first week or so I'd owe them $84 each for the day.
They worked hard, all day, never were late with a delivery, didn't do anything stupid or play with themselves.. gave them $125... you should have seen the look on their faces. The one guy had three kids and had been laid off from a high paying job he'd worked half of his life to get somewhere in.

It created a huge sense of loyalty. Once I could see that they were good workers I made it a straight $12/hr.. so that same twelve hour day was now worth $144 in cash. I made twice that and more back on their first delivery of the day and it was well worth it... Sure, I could keep guys around for $7/hr, but, look at the turnover I'd have, and I'd have made about half as much money every day. To save $70.

What's more, either one of those two guys would have killed someone for me. They were protective as hell of us any time we were anywhere. Some guy pushed his way through and almost knocked me over at QT one day, I wasn't going to make a big deal of it, and Tim got all over the motherfucker and made him apologize.

These companies give the average worker NO INCENTIVE to perform.

That doesn't seem like a lot of money. When I worked on the cruise ships we used to take about $130k per week from just selling photos to about 3k people.

A Walmart store would surely bank more than $500k per day at Christmas, considering the volume of people who go through.
