NWA/Delta Skymiles Sucks!!
I made a reservation to Shanghai using Skymiles and have been trying to make a change in the reservation so I could stopover in Tokyo. The flight has a stopover at Narita on the way to and from Shanghai.
I have called the reservation number for days now and they give you a message that they are too busy to answer the phone and to try back later.
I called at 6:30am and 11:45pm with no luck.
This has been going on for days and I am thinking it is just shitty service.
