The results of my CT scan for cancer.

I had the CT scan yesterday morning and the results in the afternoon from the committee of specialists. And I'm not sure whether to be relieved or not.

The tumor is gone from my tongue and that's good news. But there is a question mark over my lymph glands where they found traces of a growth. They are not sure if they are malignant or not and ordered me to take more tests. If malignant I face an operation to have them removed, if not then I'm in the clear I think.

The specialists all seem pleased yet unsure of a final decision, having them all speak Czech did not help.

Looks like a battle won in a long hard war that has been going on for nearly a year now.

Im not doubting them, but you may want to hit another country for a second opinion. GOt a couple not far that are really good in that area.

I've grown up in the CT Scan family... my dad ran the scanner for 35 years... and I know if it goes to the lymph nodes that's NO BUENO.. because that pretty much gives it a straight line to start picking whatever other organs it wants... and other lymphatic areas...
