Check out CamSiteCash. On CSC, you can setup a whitelabel for CamGirls.com and get it added into their portfolio of sites for other CSC webmasters to promote. You have to 10% to either keep, or add on as a bonus for the other WM's who will send their traffic to your white label. The white labels are insanely customizable too. You seem very willing to give away a % of ownership for money and or traffic, why not just pay the steep interest so you can retain full ownership and have the funds now to start the project. No it does... at least it does in Canada. And I wanted to buy an established salon/spa a few years ago. I had cash in the bank and 1/3 equity paid off on a very nice house. I was turned down. (looking back now - thank God).
Mind you that was CIBC... RBC is MUCH better, they get all my business now.
