the only reason, was because HE went SUUUPER crazy to get the license and even tried to request a refund money from PAYPAL,until he got it, but now, he's gone silent after we fed-exed it to him. Oh well we just want to wrap up lose ends and make sure he's not re-selling our content in his TUBE site deals

Barefootsies, why contact US, threatening to SUE for a contract YOU didn't sign and send back. Should we post your stupid rant, wow you are a moron. Good luck to anyone dealing with this knuckle head, ps DON'T TAKE PAYPAL from him, he will come up with a lame dispute to reverse charges, like, " Needing a physical copy of the license, not signed email doc", then get the physical doc and NOT drop the dispute. We had to prove he got the license via fed-ex ( keep in mind he had the content 2 months prior, and emailed version of signed license), now we want the signed copy back in our files so we know that all parties have signed off on the usage and exploitation of the content. Failure to return the contract signed, leaves this deal in flux and you maybe liable for unspecified usage of the content. This protects your company as well, since we both agree on the content's usage. Please sign off on the license and return. Thank you

ps. we welcome your threat of a lawsuit for "Defamation" We are only stating facts that can be backed up with paper trails and paypal email

never seen anyone go apeshit to sign a license he requested by force of "paypal dispute". Please sign and return, thanks

We tell them to send me their copy of a signed license if they want us to sign it. They are the ones who need the license, without it we can take the content away in law. It's unlicensed.

Which reminds me I have one to sign.
