The easies way to get the best traffic: get a good banner, and then buy ad spots on protraffic.com. And you'll get a really nice traffic also you can do country filtering and also you can pay only for real clicks. Check it out!

I'm not saying about skimmed traffic, I'm sauing that buying banner clicks is good idea and it's a really good idea. And protraffic.com allows you to buy it from numerous of sites (even from few mine sites :-) ). They have really nice cheat protection that's why you get only good traffic.
