Catch girls before they fall into the habit of posing for every shot or with "models" shoot them before they are ready and in a pose. Tell them what the market is you're shooting for and take no BS from them. You pay the money, you're the boss.

As for hosting pictures get a small host who will allow you to put up your own pictures on your account. Hosting a few pictures and a mini site costs peanuts.

Much better than your last ones , still too posed for a lot of them, need more amateur feel to them. Dumb it down a bit more

Pauls correct. The photos need to be amateur, not your site where you looking to publish and sell your work.

Not the same country, but not even far

I don't want to compete, I just want to work next to / with other people.
