This guy is brazen. I'm under 30 posts (bleh) so I can't post the link exactly, but it's ticklervideo dot com. He openly chastises and harasses tickle fetish producers who DMCA the fileshare links and calls them greedy. Been doing it for like 6 months, hosted on Ecatel. Fun!
