What does this all mean? You need to do the following

1) update your blog more
2) focus on hot trends in your niche to capture buzz

Interesting approach. Fist google by overloading it with crap data. It's not Alta Vista (lol @ AV) Possibly, it might work for sometime but Google seems to have incorporated Nietszche's famous saying: What doesn't kill me only makes me stronger. Yikes!

I'm sure for the first few algo versions after Caffeine, it would be. But G's ability to adapt is simply Darwinian. Much of the noise will be filtered out sooner rather than later. Focus on REAL content instead...

Create a point of difference. The new pornbeer vlog site posted by Jman is a good example (if transcripts/relevant points were posted along with the video review) or comedy-based blogs or personality-based porn blogs. The only limit is your imagination and niche keyword list.

So how does Google tell when a blog has "personality", human review?

Not trying to bash your "theory" about Caffeine but the black seo boards are very excited and happy about this update. White SEO is going to be pretty much dead.

Having a focused blog personality builds user loyalty--it takes a while. That generates buzz. The new Google/Yahoo changes focuses on buzz/what people actually do online. I'm not at all saying that the days of scraping/autocontent are over but G's main focus has always been about finding TRUST and it's hitching its wagon, so to speak, to the star of online user behavior/buzz. Building quality content that focuses on building a loyal fan base based either on personality or a quirky take on a subject matter or sheer usefulness naturally attracts a following--specially when propagated through social media networks. That's the "whitehat" buzz approach.

The blackhat would be to mimic using automated means.
