My point is iregardless of what we know about the big tube sites they are following the law. If they were not they could be shut down. In court it doesn't matter what you know, it's what you can prove. So as far as the law is concerned until as such time as someone proves they are breaking the law, they are not.

Again I'm not defending anyone I'm jsut saying that they are not breaking the law if they follow DMCA takedown. What law are you refering to? If there was a clear cut law they were breaking they would have been taken down a long time ago. Current DMCA laws are a fucking joke, they enable sites to pirate and get away with it.

                                                                                                And for the record I have always FORBIDDEN my kids from downloading any songs online for free. It is stealing short and simple. Hacked programs? I don't fucking think so, I pay $35 for ftp pro license when there's thousands of hacked copies flying around. Pirated videos? Not in my house, if it's not on cable it doesnt get watched. 75% of the guys crying about tubes have 1000 or more priated songs on their computer they downloaded.
