I like the logo but it still look like an unfinished project for me...
I think you should change the thumbs pics and the text font and size The general layout could use a bit of design... Browse the net to find ideas ;)

Not a bad domain at all considering the content of the site. Its a good concept for adult but to me it feels to me to mainstream. The tour is basic in design but the surfer will definitely know what he is getting.
My main concern will there be enough content to keep members re billing. Hard to tell without seeing the inside. This would be a good members area up sale or a great sale to non hardcore porn users. I seen Sleazy knows ths wont be the next big thing which it wont but like he said he will have his own corner

but i think this is better as an ebook or as a 1 time sale
i dont see it having any value as a monthly membership
also one down side is you are giving away almost everything for free so i dont see any value as an initial sale either with your current setup

I like the concept. I see alot of synergies with other successful properties without directly competing with any product or service I'm aware of.
I think design wise it needs a little bit of help but not too much. I don't think you need to have a huge flashy tour, but maybe just smooth the rough edges and the copy could use a little more punch. I think it's key to keep it as clean as possible. E-books were mentioned once or twice, what I will say on that tip- while it's NOT an ebook I would try to design it with an educational vibe in mind. Seems like that may be what you are going for already.
When you can, I would hook up with FletchXXX. His straight forward no bullshit approach would be a really good match with this.
Again, graphically you don't need much. I subscribe to the ugly pretty philosophy, but I think it does need a touch of spit and pollish to gain consumer confidence and secure a card swipe.

if quiet can take a minute to review, well, so can I...
definitely a different approach.....(made a few suggestions privately) since i am old time and washed up and probably have no clue what i am saying....i think it can work with a little design tweaking and tightening up the internal links (navigation)
