i used to love both escargot and foie gras, but have pretty much dropped both these days. i suppose i'd go with the snails in a pinch.we'll miss you our friend. RIPComment

The only reason I like escargot is because of the awesome juice that usually accompanies it. Take bread and dip. If the foie gras was served with something else it could be great, but I can't just eat foie gras alone.-uno
