    Webair how long does it take to get support!!!!

    My cell phone tones wont recognize on your phone system it gets me NO WHERE please contact me.

                      Thanks for handling my problem this morning. My SPRINT AIRAVE http://shop.sprint.com/en/services/a...=vanity:AIRAVE
                      causes your support system not to recognize my touch tones. Thank goodness for ICQ I got with MIKE this morning and fixed the problem. I don't have this problem with other automated phone systems. I guess I will have to rely on ICQ.
