I don't know Sleazy, but from what I have read, he has resilience(sp?). He's had more shit thrown at him than most in this biz will in a lifetime, yet, he is pushing his way through, making a new way for himself and being responsible. He hasn't had tried to hide behind fake nics, and play the deny game. He has stepped up, laid everything on the table and said this is it, take it or leave it.

That says and means a lot more about a person than some troll ever could.

But evidently he can keep domains worth much more then the amount discharged. Also collect a salary to run said domains. Doesn't sound that serious to me. You can do some pretty shady stuff in the states during bankruptcies too so maybe it is just the way they work.

a lot of creditors will not lend to a limited company without personal backing.

I was looking for ideas for my LA trip..
It was a pleasure trip that I wanted to make profitable.
The guy fell through on fronting me a few grand, and I didn't really have time to do anything but enjoy my trip, anyway.... So a couple of you follow me around now accusing me of wanting to get rich selling washers when all I said about that was I had known a guy who did real well with them..

Wanting my enemies to go straight to hell on earth is okay, I think, it's kept me profitable when I've made deals and being so paranoid and focused on not letting anyone get over on me has saved me alot of hell.. It's probably why I'm alive at all.

Like a neighbor I had one time.. always hated me.. hated the cars I had.. hated me not having to work.. hated me being young.. he would video me and try to catch me doing a rolling stop or peeling out.. fucking rat snitch type of guy... and being neighbors I even TRIED to throw up the olive leaf, you know, well he got cancer and died, and what should I have done, cry.. waaaah.... hell no, I celebrated!

i guess you can say some people got robbed. I was the first one. multiple times... i did everything I could to hold on and wasn't able to. I lost everything, my home, toys etc. I took responsibility and used a trustee to divide up everything.

I think you need to get your head out of the idea that we don't have debtors prison and havn't had that concept for like 300 years or something....
