I really like it. Is there a logo or something on that gray login bar? It looks cutoff. I'd recommend highlighting the page navigation links a bit more and maybe decreasing the vertical padding on the video update section.

the tour itself looks nice, I'd just try to make the photo thumbs the same size, at least the same height so you don't have those big white space gaps.
From a marketing POV... well, try it and see what happens. At first impression, it looks quite confusing and there are so much elements it made me dizzy. However, depending on the way you promote it, if people are looking specifically for her that made be a good thing. Since all of these sites are ran by the girls themselves the thumbs are created automatically when they upload an update... including the video thumbs. I tried to figure out how to maintain a standard thumb size but it's almost impossible... so we try to make it look as good as we can while maintaining a backend that is easy for the models to use. We do have a manual thumb cropper in the backend for the girls to use... but they never use it.
Do you mean the navigation of her site or the whole site? Or is the design just too busy?
The idea for now is that webmasters can send to those preview pages. When we first launched we didn't have enough content from the models to make FHGs and they are only allowing us to use those pictures that they selected. They own the content... we don't. I appreciate your candid response and look forward to more. We do plan on making some FHGs at this point... currently we are awaiting a new main tour design and will be working on galleries after that.

and what I tried to say is the photo/videos area looks a little busy, but maybe it's just me, so better test it and see how it works, don't pay me too much attention

You fixed the 2 things i mentioned. Looks really good. I do think the page #'s should be a larger size and maybe a different color to stand out. That is essentially your 'next page' link on the tour and it's kind of easy to miss. The one page has a lot of nice content, but when you realize there's 7 more pages, it made me want to join.
I also think the small graph that shows the options for joining 1 site vs joining the network is a bit confusing. I'm totally nit picking now and I'm sorry. I just like to analyze and optimize websites.
harvey is right too about the css to maybe put the thumbs under an overlay that makes them appear uniform. then put the text around that frame so it all looks more symmetrical. More nitpicking though.
Awesome girl and awesome tour. That's the only reason I even bothered to look as close as I did.
