None of these sites are ever truly accurate. I think a lot of the value they base on traffic and possible ad revenue from places like textlinkads. I also think they put to much emphasis on PR.

This is a good idea if you were to sell you site with no content. I think its the webaddress rather than the site.

Working from the daily traffic rather than what is on the site for advertising revenue that could be earnt.

Mine vary from $2000 up to $10000 Of course, I have content on mine that is all exclusive too.
