Gotta be honest with you here, with those prices i doubt people believe you do quality work.
Might sound odd but if you had prices that were normal or just a bit lower i bet more people would be interested.

And 3 years experience is not something you should market, thats nothing at all.

Best of luck though, there are enough clients out there.

Don't doubt, my friend. Because my new partner Jessie from San Diego just purchased 30% shares, and bought new encoding server. Not full load operation yet, so we have this promotion until the end of Jan, and maybe we have another little promotion on Valentine's Day. The price can not be more lower because the cost, but can get so much free such as Thumbnails, Watermarking, Delivery content by FTP or DVDs etc...

Any way, My neighbour & friend, Thank you for your advice!
