Storm, 44, gave her a release form to sign and said he knew she was only 17, the warrant states. Chastain said he would pay her $500.

They then filmed two videos, one at the house and the other at Fantasy Land Adult Video, FDLE officials said.

Chastain was arrested by Tampa police, and Holtz was arrested by St. Petersburg police Wednesday. Both were released on $20,000 bail.
