    Do you allow your kids to play GTA type games?

    Say under 10`s.

    If yes, do you make them turn the volume right down what with the bad language or would you draw the line at say being 11 or 13 years (or older) for an 18 type game?

      My wife has an 8 year old boy from a previous relationship and we don't let him play games like that, yeah you can argue it's only a game but it is still an influence at that age. How ever when he goes and stay at he's dad's he lets him do what he wants, some people are just irresponsible I guess.

      I would prob let him at 15/16 for games like that or really violent ones. And I am only 25 and play them myself, so it isn't like I am just some bias old person

          My nephew always plays Modern Warfare 2 when he comes over here and he is 10.

          I don't really see any harm in it. And his friends all have it anyway...

                          I am not too keen on kids playing those games when there are much more challenging games out there. Prefer doing something as a family rather than get them caught up in a game series
