FreeNetPass scamming their adverts.
FreeNetPass owner (aka Adult Insider Dave) don't wanna pay advert's commission without explanation.
I chose a payment option 'wire transfer' (with minimum amount to pay $1000) and earned $1103 in period of 1 Jul 2009 - 15 Oct 2009. After hold of 2 weeks Dave had to pay this money (it should have happened at Nov 2). But he DID NOT PAY. As you see, it's 30 Nov 2009 now, but I still not received my money. Now it's time to pay money that was earned until 15 November 2009 ($1341). But as I see, Dave has not going to do it.
I tried to contact Dave many times via emails, ICQ, in topics of his forum (adultinsider dot com), via Private Messages on this forum but he did not answer.
At 11-23-2009 Dave decided to answer to one of my topics on his forum (he deleted another topics. UPD: today he banned me on his forum at all). There is his answer:
Of course, after this message I sent to Dave additional 2 emails and even one Private Message on forum (I saw that he was on forum 'online'). And... received NO REPLY.
So, Dave, maybe here you'll say why you don't wanna pay money? And when you'll think about it, I'll answer to your 'typically one of 3 things'.

Look. I worked with FreeNetPass since 16 Dec 2005. During this time until 30 Jun 2009, I earned with FreeNetPass on signups and rebills $48774. Yes, there were chargebacks during this time ($1280), they are inveritable. But Dave did not consider me a scammer. What happened now? Maybe something terrible happened in last payperiod? Ok, let's see. During 1 Jul 2009 - 15 Nov 2009 I made $1409 on 18 signups and 64 rebills. And there were 4 chargebacks ($68).
$1409 - $68 = $1341.
DOES IT MEAN THAT I'M SCAMMER??
2. he is owed $20 after 6 months and the minimum payout is $100
Yes, I earned my $1341 during 3,5 monthes. But I don't understand - don't you carry earned money to another payperiod (early you always carried)???.
IS IT THE REASON NOT TO PAY???
3. High chargebacks on the account.
Let's see: 18 signups and 64 rebills. And 4 chargebacks. Is it so high? Maybe you'll go to FreeNetPass's link list (go to freenetpass dot com and click on 'browse content') and check AVS sites represented here? Even on first page there are a lot of dead links, expired domains and bullshit sites. Of course, surfers don't wanna pay for bullshit and sometimes make chargebacks. It's really wonder that chargebacks are so few on my account.
DO YOU STILL THINK THAT CHARGEBACKS IN AMOUNT OF $64 ARE TOO MUCH FOR EARNED $1409???
At the same time, when Dave didn't pay, it was really funny that my account worked, I received email notifications of new rebills, my sites were active, etc.
And yesterday my account was deleted... without explanation. I begin to understand that 'without explanation' - is Dave's slogan.
I would like to warn people, who make business with Dave - BE CAREFULL, YOU WORK WITH SCAMMER.

FNP has been paying webmasters on time for 10 years and continues to do so. I am not going to get into forum pissing matches over this. We see this every week on the forums- someone claims they aren't getting paid. It's typically one of 3 things. 1) he is a scammer 2) he is owed $20 after 6 months and the minimum payout is $100 (they usually have the time to bitch) 3) High chargebacks on the account (result of scamming, traffic, w/e).
We do not scam our affiliates and still payout via check and wire every 2 weeks, like we have for the last 10 years. If you wish to discuss further email admin @ fnp."
