jettis lost their next bank today...
Jettis lost another bank today, they are 100% down for all merchants. All my transactions for the last week wer authorized and not captured. Anyone want to split money and capture my sales instead of them being lost?

Seems I am the most "lucky" to still be able to contact at least someone? :)
Jettis and 365 contacts are dead - all you can get is voice mail. But CCG contacts yet can be reached one or two times a week. Though there is no much use of it. I shoot my problems to the phone, get promised to be contacted soon and it keeps silent until the next call :) Dan tells Jettis has switched to the new system but we still cannot get any information where our servers should connect to retrieve transactions data. I keep trying... will post here if there will be any news. |

I talked to Dan 2 weeks ago, he said the situation is about to be resolved. If they wanted to disappear with the money they'd already had done that. So I still hope they would pay and get back to a normal work.

heh, good thing I dumped 365/Jettis in Nov09, all I'm owed is my reserve- $1200, still it's bad, gives our industry a bad rep.
