Guessing as he was on private property he cant be charged with DUI etc.
The reason im thinking this is because 3 times he has turned down a police interview and they responded with " He doesnt have to give us any comment if he doesnt wish to do so ".
So on that basis i assume its due to the fact he was on private ground or they would insist or even force him to give a statement.

I didn't realize it was gated. I did read, like someone else posted, that he has decided not to give a statement and the police have said they will move forward with their investigation on their own. As you say he is Tiger Woods, chances of anything happening are next to none. He will pay for any damages and clearly his neighbor has some money so I don't think he will be selling his story even if he saw something that was questionable.Comment

Police say no alcohol was involved.
My theory is he and his wife got into an argument and he decided to get in his car and go somewhere so they ( she ) could cool off.
As he was driving off she grabbed a golf club chased him down and bashed out the back window of his USV.
He didn't see her coming and the breaking window would have startled him as it would have been loud and not knowing whether he was getting shot at or what, he instinctively ducked down in the drivers seat which made it impossible to see and he veered of the road and crashed at a slow speed.
He hits his face on something on the dash or bites his lips for a minor injury.
The shock of it all going down like that and as remorse sets in, the wife changes her story to say he crashed and she busted out the window because the doors were locked.
I could care less and it's their business.
BTW when I worked construction I built a home in his community. It's super nice, gated with very heavy security. Shaq and several other high profile people have homes there.Comment
