    I need 149 Investors ASAP!!!

    I'm thinking about Buying this Old Fixer Upper.
    Each would have to invests One Million Dollars.

    Or we can all live in it together.

    It's been on the market for a long time, I'm sure I can get them down to 125 Mil.

                                                                                      I say turn the place into a hotel / club, charge per-person not per room, and not some crazy expensive one either. Pack the place with upper middle-class people that love to pretend they are truly rich. Weekend parties... charge per-person to come in, bring in a-list DJ's to pack the streets with cars.

                                                                                      I would invest in that just to see how pissed off the neighbors get.
