    Good customer service = easy money

    I have a phone number on the top of my website for people to call.....So yesterday, some man calls and says that he wants to join but can't see the price....Obviously he didn't click through to the ccbill page.....NOrmally I don't call folks back in a timely manner but this time I did....

    He was an older black man who was PRAISING the website that he said he found "on accident"......So I told him it was 29.95 a month and he said "whoa!"...But then I told him he could get 3 months for 49.95 and he said he would probably pick that option but he was definitely about to join...

    I go to the gym and come back and there's a $99.95 sale from the dude....And since he found my site through an affiliate, he got 60% of that.....

    Moral of the story.....Provide good customer service.

                                              many corporations don't have good customer service these days and still do well. I was in best buy and home depot...they were all clueless. You ask one guy for help, he tells you let me call someone who works in this department, you wait 10 minutes...then the guy comes towards you and 3 other customers charge the guy for help, then almost 30 minutes later the guy tells you the item you wanted they don't have in stock anymore. Oh and did I mentioned I traveled 10 minutes further to another homedepo because the person I spoke to on the phone said they had the item and the color I wanted. Don't let me even get started with best buy, just to get a small scan drive out of a locked glass cabinet...took 9 people to ask and 25 minutes.
                                              HOW I MAKE LOTS OF $$$

                                                  Have you considered modifying your website to add additional "buy now" links? I'm wondering how many people might have the same problem, and not have the balls to call a porn site?
