For poker I have without issue deposited at Full Tilt, Ultimate Bet, and Carbon Poker. One of the few "casinos" I found that still allows you to easily deposit US funds is Rushmore Casino, and they also have a 200% deposit match

Tough for us bettors. Some banks block cc's from getting used. Moneybookers cannot be loaded from us. Lots of 3rd party companies are being used to bill the transaction as processional services etc. Big companies are offshore and find companies to make the cc transaction work. Western union is cracking down lately as well. Even checks for payouts are coming via canadian banks. Sportsbook.com had a bunch bounce a while back too.

I have used wsex.com for a few years now. Never had a problem loading my account using my normal credit card, also never had a problem receiving payouts, even though it takes a few weeks to get it.

I have only used them for sports betting, but they do have poker rooms and a "casino". They don't always have the best lines though.
