    We are currently working on a network switching problem that is affecting customers in the cage they are in. I expect things to be back online shortly and will update all clients with full information once this is resolved.

      Wow.. nice response ... every host has downtime... few post on a board when someone asks about a particular client.

        We have all technical hands working on this issue and I'm on that conference call in addition to ICQ, email, phone, ticket system and monitoring boards so that our clients have as much information as possible.
