If I made a website that cache's craigslist so you can see deleted and flagged posts, do you guys think CL or the privacy act will come after me? I mean google and wayback cache's them, the only difference is i am dedicating a site to it. Original creators will have the option of removing the cache. Seemed kinda sketchy..

Cl has it in their terms that you cannot spider their site.
However, almost all of the categories have rss feeds that you can pull in and do what you want to without breaking any rules.
