                                      I'd say that's an unfair and unqualified statement. The spectrum of nominations and past winners is extremely broad.

                                      As for the web presence of nominations, there are some there but historically the AVN Awards have been and are more about movies/videos and the corresponding actors/actresses and scenes in those movies and videos.

                                                          how about in past years when vivid wins oddles of awards for films that were less than impressive?
