First of all, they're hiring - they need programmers and sales people.
This is the first ad network I have bought traffic off which has actually made me a profit, and I've been in this game over 8 years full time.
So I decided to add their ads on one of my sites the last month, and it seems to do alright, so I'll add them elsewhere too:
Seeing selling the traffic is doing ok, I thought I'd try buying some too on their network this week (Tier 1 and Tier 2 traffic only) - here are the costs and revenue:

Revenue:
$300 profit in 5 days, not bad considering I didn't even have to write a site.
