This place could definitely use an iTrader system like most of the mainstream forums have. They are far from foolproof, but it helps having a little background info going into a transaction. If I see someone has a lot of positive iTraders I'm more likely to purchase a service or product from them...Comment

The delay between posts isn't that bad is it? I've never found it really really annoying actually. I post 3-4 times a day on GFY so maybe thats why, people who post a lot will notice it. I agree with the search tho, that annoys me to no end.

Get involve with your team and make this place more about real business, set up chatrooms for daily or weekly moderated seminars. Interact with the industry in a business kind of way. You know what you are doing in adult Dave so caring for the new blood coming in and helping them would be a huge step.
I would also have profiles state if the board member is a confirmed adult webmaster or work in the industry or noob and try to eliminate surfers and trolls with +10 fake profiles.Comment

I won't pretend to know what it costs to operate GFY, but we all have a rough idea of the kind of money it brings in advertising wise. I've always thought it would be nice to see even just a portion of the proceeds put back into GFY (aside from the shows.) Be it new features, better load speeds, quality contests/prizes of some sort (like in the early days, Blu-Ray players are cheap for example.)

You don't want to fuck with a formula that obviously works pretty well already. Other than maybe some verification of new nicks, and removal of fake nicks that are out there just to damage others without any risk to themselves. Accountability is the only thing I would say to add other than increasing forum speed / server speed.
