I think its around 1975 I will be geting all the info tommorow and taking pics of the actual car that is for sale I have seen it and it is in supurb condition and is always keep in a garrage and not driven in the winter months over here
Your missing the chance to own a true Brit car here and at 10K GBP its a steal plus its yellow just like the one I posted above ...you have no taste man
The car that I am going to sell for him is the original colour which is yellow. His car looks a bit brighter than the one above, but I have seen them in red, blue, black and white
No. Failure on Triumphs ain't that great, parts are difficult to find on the side of the pond, and I could have gotten a Spitfire II in that shape for under $2k. I still decided against it.

What you could buy a spitfire for under 2k usd U should have purchased that and sold it on for that price if is was in as good nick as you say it was
You can buy them for 2k GBP in this kind of condition
The problem with vintage Brit cars is they are maintenance nightmares. I had a TR6 that was beautiful as long as it was parked. It spent more time in the shop than it did on the road. Primarily electrical gremlins.
You might not be as anonymous as you think you are.

Yeah very true Triumphs have a big following over here but they are renowed for breaking down
The Stag is also far better than the Spitfire mind you Brit cars always beakdown
That's the problem - it ran, but it needed a little bit of work. I checked, and the chassis itself was rust free, but there's almost absolutely no way to get parts out here. The top was in dire need of replacement, and it was quite weathered to the point if needing some work to the interior. It was just going to cost too much to be properly presentable.
Nobody out here wants one - parts are impossible to find and I didn't feel like driving it 6 hours at it's paltry 72mph (or thereabouts) to try to turn a one, two grand profit - so I let it go.
