i am working on that. webmaster signup via ccbill works already at www.xxxpayday.com - but it's not nice and dandy yet.

i found the problem by now - it's version 9 of the flash plugin that might make trouble. with the lastest version 10 everything works fine

Plays well for me, starts fast and the trailer is well done!
However.....
The quality could be a lot better "looks like the RAW files are really good) as in the encoded video is slightly pixelated and choppy.

yeah, well, since it's streamed i wanted to go with a bitrate that plays on nearly any DSL/Broadband etc. connection (like most tube sites). HD resolution video can be seen inside the member area

And you can go better then what you are doing even for slower connections.
Besides the choppy bits is not because of the bitrate, its something else.

Let me go ask one of the editors here, but something is going on

it's pseudo streaming via an h264 module for apache. you can actually fast forward before the clip is fully loaded

Keyframes and meta data and all that fun stuff
