They can arrest you, but without 2257 requirements or similar, then the burden of proof is not yours. Sure, documents available right away would put an end to that situation, but I would still say it's bad police work if they only base their charges on assumptions. That can't be used in courts.

I would also expect some co-operation accross borders, when dealing with such serious accusations. For instance, if a payserve model was "cleared", why the hell waist time on hunting affiliates if they already know her age in Europe vice versa? I bet Interpol and FBI has bigger databases than any affiliate or program, but they are not going to tell us that :)
