                                              he should rename himself to the Huntington Beach Bad Excuse Maker...

                                              for all his talk about how he was in the best shape ever he slowed down by the middle of round 2 and looked completely gassed by the middle of 3..

                                              if this was 5 rounds, forest would have given him a total beating...

                                              if he would have just kept his mouth shut at the end of the fight everything would have been good...

                                              i want to see him fight lidell first and then get fed to silva...
