How can you make fake cum for thumbnails in photoshop?

I have a lot of 150x150px penetration thumbnail shots and I know if I could draw some fake cum in there they would get more clicks.

is there a way to put it in and make it realistic?
I'm only OK at photoshop, but I just take the brush tool and draw little off-white streams and it looks kind of crappy.

Depending on what you want, you can use the drip filter. If you don't have the drip filter you can get some ideas from the Photoshop tutorials.

just take a pic that has real cum in it, isolate it. then drag and drop into the new pic. fade the opacity a bit, perhaps smooth the edges.. voila! cumshot in a non cumshot pic.
