    How many sets should be in a members area on launch of a new paysite.

    15? 20? picture sets?
    2-3 movie sets?

      No more than 2 movies. You dont want tube sites to have more content on their front page than in your entire M/A

                  Aim to start at 20 but add 1/week after that. In a year have 50/70. That way you are earning some cash while building the site.

                                                  At least 50 videos and they should be shot by different people so they don't all look the same. Pictures sets will not keep them long, get videos on the site. See signature for non exclusive.
