for traffic i prefer to buy ad spots from protraffic.com. You pay only for clicks. Also you can buy skimmed traffic there, but I prefer to buy ad spots. also ready to send you e-mail with offer to buy traffic from my sites.

he has a point. half the people dropping refcodes haven't got a fucking clue, and probably don't even buy traffic in the first place. if they did, and the traffic was any good, why the fuck would they drop the links in every traffic thread? it just creates competition for themselves. drives up the cost of spots/clicks, and dilutes the available traffic pool for themselves. i guess the suggestions are nice, but ever notice its the same damn 3 or 4 brokers who happen to have refferal programs that get link dropped like crazy around here in traffic threads?
