I did not read it so correct me if I am wrong. This is the case where she proved she was online and on facebook at the time of the crime right?
Earlier this week or late last we, there was a big thread that someone started and gideon want making a fool of himself in. Swearing up and down (along with many other people) that an IP address is not enough evidence to go to trial on someone. GG was also fighting with me and others and besides not understanding how lawsuits work which was funny. He said the higher up courts ruled that it can not be used (IP addresses) as they have no for sure way of knowing who was using that IP for real. How can it work in reverse?
