Of course people can consume much more without worry. Only for sure hard fast rule is that nobody should ever eat raw soy beans, Asian or not. Plus soy has no negative effects on Asian men at all. I do find it funny that it is sort of negative health food spin. Curious who funded the studies. |
I really don't drink milk, but I'd guess probably only 4 gals a year..and thats usually for cooking or guests

I drink 3 cups of milk per day exactly. 1 and 1/2 for cereal and 1 and 1/2 for protein shake. I only buy organic 2% with omega 3. If I am trying to gain weight I will get organic whole milk.
