Suggestions from GFY Users - GoFuckYourself.com

As the year ends, we are currently using ClubXXXCams as our demonstration / test site for our VCMS release, which has been licensed by the likes of Camz.com / PrivateCamz.com, MyDirtyHobby.com, XTube.com, etc... ClubXXXCams.com DID launch on October 1 however we were unable to sustain the traffic required to bring it to a profitable / successful status. However, we DO have an excellent base of models available (after launch, we 'peaked' at nearly 50 online during 'high hours,' 20-30 during 'low hours'), we have an awesome site on an original script, we have a superb technical and business team available to manage the site, system, and support functions, and we have a great affiliate program located at ClubXXXCash (with many Webmasters already signed up).

So, in short, we want to get this up and running. And, we'd like to know what your suggestions are for launching the service. We are up for credible partnership offers (meaning we bring everything to the table except traffic), adding our site to existing programs / networks, or even handing the site over while maintaining a minority shareholding in its operations. We do get a couple of thousand hits per day with zero productive / paid / maintained input and we have other relationships that are currently developed to bring us a continual flow of targeted traffic. However, we do feel that, in order for this to be successful, it needs to be appropriately 'aligned.'

To our supporters and critics: What can we say? Against all doubt, we built this platform and these sites. We certainly appreciated (and implemented) many of your suggestions, both public and private. And, we ask that you keep them coming. We are continually developing, with many great upgrades, features, etc... on the way throughout 2010 (including a truly impressive mobile platform). Your thoughts and comments are what, ultimately, refines our final products to a highly effective, user-orientated state.

So, the floor is open. Thoughts (other than having a shit load of money to launch with)?
