You need to tone down your colors man, they seem a little extreme. The greens and yellows are too much for a porn site.
Tone it down and you'll find some work. |

Also the stock set up seems a little formulaic in some of the sites.

Anyone who can design that needs work should be submitting galleries and free sites everyday. It gives you something to do while you wait. It keeps building up your profiles which by submitting you can have stats to go along with them. Plus if your designs are worth it, you will get sales which puts money in your pocket.

I made a suggestion to see if he would be proactive about it. If he would of built something instead of bumping this every few minutes, I would of hired him to do some work. I wanted to see if he had any ambition or even cared about conversions first.
