Oh I have to say this often, people can feel free to ask any type of questions they wish. If something is too personal I will just say so. Doubt any would be. However this does not always extend to business questions. Easier to answer questions than fill everyone in via email or guess at stuff that people are curious about.

Thankfully I did not do it earlier as they need one now.

Anyways one of the requirements to ever use that chair that others ran the sig donation thread for and people here donated their sigs for that was up for auction, was that I would need to amputate my left leg. Reason being you need to have the ability to bend both legs and my left leg has tightened up and will not bend enough. Could just of had the tendons and muscles cut but to tell you the truth. My legs are just useless heavy time bombs that could go off at any time. Not to mention they make me less mobile and fuck with my quality of life - so I wanted them gone.

Now they need the leg because back in May when I went missing. I was dealing with my 2nd type of cancer. I had already had and dealt with bladder cancer a couple years ago. Anyways when they were removing it they had to cut out a huge chunk from my ass. That was left open due to surgery complications. I wanted to deal with it back at Stanford, where I am. They need the leg to close up the hole with a flap operation. If that takes, they will then remove the other. If it fails they have a backup.

That is the reason for that. I do have other issues, many.
Figured it would get asked again on this page.

Well...it sounds like some kind of hell you are going through. I went through sugical hell the first couple of years after I was injured during Operation Desert Storm in '91. I have had several surgical procedures since over the years...and live in hell from pain 24/7 since '91. At least I still have all of my limbs and I am mobile. I feel for you...hang tight.

Trolls & king haters, please do not question this stuff nor troll him. Thanks.

Not really hell. Plus I have been through worse. Though the new wound is fucking scary as shit. Can not even think I am alive with it. Thing is huge. Imagine having your left ass cheek torn off. The entire thing, and some of the right past the tail bone which is visible but under and around a little flesh to keep it wet.

Think I should try some sleep now. Hard to do. I am still in ICU until morning. Oh the person who was in the slip next to me err let me explain better.

I got out of surgery around 5ish. I was super fucking cold, like expected. I could hear everything around me and could see the roof above me. I just could not figure out how to talk or move yet. I hear a commotion going on with nurses, doctors, and other people. I sort of freaked. I hear them praying, talking about letting him go, he already has suffered enough, stuff like that. I still could not move, was frozen, and could not talk. My brain is flipping and thinking I died.

After about 10 minutes of that. Someone mentioned time a few times. I was pretty sure I was dead and stuck in my damn body. Perhaps not dead but at least stuck.. I got my voice and could suddenly move and I just let out a big gasp. I turned my head and a nurse approached and greeted me. I was like wtf but the fear was fading fast, plus I was cold. Anyways they pulled the plug on the person next to me, or actually were about to and held last rights etc. I thought the shit was for me and I was upset cause I denied that stuff. About an hour latter the finally pulled the plug on the person and let them go. Still was a bit freaky. I was not really scared early on about being dead, I was scared with being stuck in my damn body and not really dead.

Welp I need some rest. That took me a long time to type and I am damn tired.

Can I ask, how do you do work with a leg that can't bend, a hunk of flesh missing on your ass, etc.. most be hard to get into a position to be able to type and do work.

good luck to you with all of the stuff you having to deal with.

I got surgery tomorrow down in Sacramento, but mine is a simple thing to repair something they fucked up a few years ago. Nothing like you just had, probably just spend the night and get home the next day.

Yes it is just hard. I do have a hospital type bed at home. It can bend and such so that it can be used to sit up some. I can not sit up past 30 degrees though for the time being. I mostly work from a laptop and a angled board that supports it at an angle. Plus I type from memory anyways, so seeing the keyboard is not required.

Before the giant hole. I would just sit up in my chair. The leg would bend a tiny bit, just not enough. For example I am pretty sure when I hit some shows OK many of them a couple years ago, nobody could even tell that much. They would just see me in the scooter or in my chair. Heck I could sit in a airplane sit pretty easily, as long as I got the very front seat row behind first class - more leg room. Though I always got it.

Glad I could give you a chuckle - although I'm not sure if it was the idea of this place getting weirder without you, or the idea of me focusing on your ass cheek (well ass cheek and a quarter), that's funny

Good to see you up and posting

Place getting weird. Always wondered why the place seems off when I come back from prolonged stays.

LOL my Saga hehehe Thanks man. I needed that. Not even sure why it was that funny.

Yeah like I said if I listed my entire life story, nobody with a rational brain would even believe it.
A movie of my life would never work, again the reality factor would be way off and most everyone would think the writer just piled shit on me for dramatic purposes. To the point that it would more than likely turn it from a feelgood drama type movie to something so far fetched that it would make Iron Eagle or better yet the entire plot of iron eagle but instead of taking on an entire Arab country the kid pulled off the plot of armageddon still by himself.

Main reason I am at Stanford is because of what they do. I am rarely cheap when it comes to health. I knew I needed the best and teaching hospitals are just that.

Did you get any to bend over or were they wearing t-shirts under the scrubs?

Fuck why the hell not. Always wanted to meet ya anyways.

PS, do you have access to a postage stamp or two and an envelope. I did not plan on staying and all I have on me is some credit cards. I need to mail one back to Redding ASAP.
If I had some cash I would gladly buy lunch (err lunch time sucks - to much activity) any meal after 5pm - sadly I dont. But hey I could call in for a pizza and you could pick it up

If I had some cash I would gladly buy lunch (err lunch time sucks - to much activity) any meal after 5pm - sadly I dont. But hey I could call in for a pizza and you could pick it up
Dude, you've endured enough - whatever you need, I am at your service...

Her ship will be in port for a while, they're doing some upgrades. The ship has been in service for over 5 years so it's time. She's going to use the last year of her service to maybe do some traveling to europe on a mac flight

NO good shots, only a couple good looking nurses, one had a very nice ass. Yeah the food was bad. I actually enjoyed the egg omlet I got on the last morning

Wow, I didn' tknow any of this. I seriously need to keep up better.

ASM, please know my thoughts and prayers are with you for a speedy recovery. I am so sorry I didn't keep track of this better. We have known each other for an extremely long time and we've always been compared with each other across the boards, people wondering who can type the most..... I think, secretly, you were always the winner there.

All joking aside, please be well and know we are all thinking of you and you will be in our thoughts.

RIP ASM you helped me out with some stuff that someone like you shouldn't have even bothered with but you helped the little guy. You helped me, a newb in the 420 field, get his mind right. RIP at least you don't have to feel the pain any longer.
