Sports Teams you hate and why!

So I'm guessing pretty much everyone here has some team they abso-fucking-lutely despise so share with everyone your story of who you hate and why. Maybe after a general consensus we can figure out why some teams are really hated by so many people.

I really fucking hate Manchester United because;
a) They are usually supported by people who have never been to Manchester, and therefore are only supporting the team because they have been successful, which means they are clearly superficial wankers.
b) It's rumored from reliable sources that they suck each others balls in the dressing room
c) Nani has a very 80's haircut, and reminds me of a hairdresser in a scary sort of way.
d) All males from Manchester think they can sing like Noel Gallagher (Oasis), who is also a prime twat.

Which team do you find annoying and why?

Rangers F.C.

They are my teams biggest rivals.
Their fans are scumbags for the most part, they destroy stadiums and fight with Police.
They go on about Celtic fans claiming our Irish roots but at every game you see England flags and they sing God Save The Queen. Not very Scottish IMO
I just REALLY hate them.

PS I like Manchester United. Not because of the things you said most fans like them for, I like them because they are good, play nice football and I've followed them since I was a kid.

PPS. I really hate Leeds United too. Another bunch of annoying fans who destroy things anytime they play away.

I fucking HATE the Raiders, mostly because I have been a real fan of that team since I knew what football was. My dad was a big Dolphins fan, so becoming a Raiders fan made sense and then they went crazy with Super Bowl wins - That game and hell entire playoffs where they ended up beating the Redskins is still cemented in my brain. Then I would get giddy on Monday night when they were playing, for a long period even when they sucked - they dominated Monday night football. Even if they were down numerous touchdowns and time they could never be counted out. Plus they had crazy redline defense.

Fucking Al, drives me bat shit. Want to bitch slap the age spots off him.

But yeah I hate the Raiders because I am a real fan which is hard this past decade or so. Fuck they invent ways to let other teams win.

Hmm. Celtic fans away usually behave themselves, it kicks off when it's the oldfirm derby, but that's always going to happen.. Rangers fans on the other hand seem to get in alot of trouble outside of Scotland.

I was just winding you up about Leeds, when they were in the Premiership and signed Viduka from us I followed them week in week out.

But in response to you saying about fans from Scotland being thugs you are right, but its only the West Side of Glasgow, not the East. Celtic fans are praised time and time again for their behaviour when travelling. We took 150,000 fans to Seville in 2003 for the Uefa Cup Final and there wasn't one single arrest by the Police. Says everything about our Fans.

Bryan you are completely right in saying its a minority for the most part, again tho Celtic have had NO trouble from fans for as long as I can remember. The minority of fans in a 50,000 crowd is just that, but when its that same minority who travel to all the away games and they dont exactly seem that small in a 3000 fan crowd anymore. I have good friends who are Rangers fans so I'm not a dick head, I'm being honest as my friends are to me when talking about their fellow supporters.

I don't believe I was a hypocrite in all fairness, show me the last time there was MAJOR trouble at a Celtic match? Maybe the biggest thing in the last 6 years was that guy running on the pitch when we scored in the last minute to beat AC Milan and he put his arm out to the goalkeeper while running past, the goalkeeper dropped to the ground and claimed the fan punched him. The Goalkeeper was later fined and suspended by FIFA for unsporting behaviour. Says it all for me

I hate the diving in soccer. Most fans do. However the game is still 100% more exciting then the 18 or so minutes of real action that you get from a 3 hour advertising show.

NFL is fun to watch, but in reality with only 18 minutes of "game" compared to 90 minutes of game in soccer, I'd always say soccer is more a sports purists favorite.

And coming into the thread to piss shows you aren't a purist, you're just a moron.

Most soccer fans appreciate great sport in general.

However like fans of any sport, a small number of soccer fans who laugh about NFL guys wearing padding clearly don't understand the game well enough to make valid points about it.

Diving is a tiny part of soccer and part of an otherwise fantastic game that most of the rest of the world (read: 4 billion) watches avidly and fanatically.

i hate the Buffalo Bills because they have brought me so much misery and it's just getting worse. i love the NFL season and look forward to it months ahead of time and then it all gets taken away from me by a pathetically run second rate franchise owned and operated by a half senile and deteriorating 91 year old man. It's a hat trick - a decaying deteriorating city, a decaying deteriorating owner and a decaying deteriorating NFL franchise, Sundays are painful.
