He hasnt ran it in years, fuck I think it was decades. His daughter ran away, who was running it. Hugh just likes to wear PJ's, have multiple girlfriends, live beyond his means, and charge people to stand around in his back yard.

The only thing worth something is the brand itself. The magazine and their sites have lost millions of dollars, and will continue to do so.
