let me rephrase that: My experience with elevx is skinning, making tours, customizing stuff design-wise, and getting the members areas populated for my clients. I don't do tech support for them (just clarifying) :)

AJ personally walked me through the ElevatedX demo some time ago and when I asked him about support I thought he was very upfront about what level of support to expect. I'd much rather have a company setting realistic expectations for customer support upfront as opposed to over promising and under delivering. I chose to remain with MAS because I feel more comfortable having 24/7 support however I have to give AJ kudos for being candid about what they provide rather than saying, "yeah we can do that" just to close the sale (as seems to be the case with most companies these days). ElevatedX looks like a great product from what I've seen and I'm still considering it for a re-launch of NaughtyAllie. Perhaps at some point it will make sense to charge a premium to customers that require more support for ElevatedX and keep the price lower for those who don't. My :2 cents:

All organizations go through some type of growing pains at one time or another. It sounds like you recognize that and is working on it. I do give you credit for that.

Documentation is sparse, but I've had vast amounts of success with CARMA. With a bit of know-how, you can do absolutely anything you want. Any thing.

I've been using aWIZ for several years. I can attest that the program is easy to use and rock solid. Support is good, documentation can be a challenge once in a while but nothing insurmountable. You cannot beat the price and they've been around for awhile. Did I mention how low the price is for what you get?

If you don't mind, please expound on this.

sure most cms require you to manually upload every format video you plan to display, as well as every clip of videos - if u post parts (meaning you do conversions and clipping yourself). any modern cms should just take a raw video and do all the conversions and clipping for you.

i believe elevatedX does conversions. Porn CMS of course does this. some of the others on this list dont.

We also provide complete support for raw video conversions and clipping. :thumbsup

We originally purchased our Carma "One-Time License" from Toomuchmedia for $3,500.00

Toomuchmedia charges $500.00 to transfer the license, but they have agreed to waive this fee.

Our current annual support and upgrades contract does not expire until May 25, 2011. Toomuchmedia charges $750.00 for each annual support and upgrades contract.
