I am no lawyer but I think Weg will get away with the domain names and here's my reason:

If a drug dealer gets his drugs stolen he can't go to court and sue someone over it.

(if illegal activity is being done, there's no basis for law on top of it)

Redtube has illegal content, they are basically pirates.
Wegcash was being seo pirates and tried to skim some of their traffic from the engines.

So if wegcash's lawyers can bring up the actual legal precedent, the judge will throw this out.
